Children’s enthusiastic expressions of faith can help transform the church and everyone in it!To assist children in fully participating in their church communities and in exploring their own ministries, we provide imaginative, innovative resources for those who work with children. We also believe that by partnering with parents we can increase our impact and help children develop strong foundations in faith.
What Pierce Chapel Children's Ministries look like during COVID-19:
Now, more than ever, we want families to feel supported and cared for through our ministries. While we are not able to resume all activities, Pierce Chapel Children's Ministry is working hard to continue to provide meaningful ways for families to learn, grow, and worship together. We keep in touch with families through weekly worship experiences and weekly emails, as well provide fun, family-friendly events and activities. Contact our Children's Ministry Coordinator, Roseanna Harbuck, at firstname.lastname@example.org to get on our email list for updates and information on our upcoming events!
Supporting families at home on Sundays, we use Orange 252 curriculum to share weekly worship experiences for 3 different age groups. New worship experiences and family devotionals post every Sunday morning at 8:00 AM here:
Children in Pre-K through 5th grade have the option to participate in Playground Praise during the 8:30 and 11:00 AM services. This is a supervised time on the church playground, with a special Children's message, prayer time and fun activities! Please dress children appropriately for outdoor play and bring a water bottle. In the event of rain, children will enjoy activities in our Chapel Kids room.
8:30 AM-masks are required; 11:00 AM-masks optional.

Did you know that one of the best ways children worship Christ is through music? Music is an extremely powerful and expressive art and is an important aspect of worship. All children have musical potential — encourage your child to discover their talents by joining Pierce Chapel’s Children’s Choirs!
Cherub Choir (3K-Kindergarten)
SonShine Singers (1st -5th grades)
Choirs meet on Sunday afternoons, 4:00-5:00 during the school year.
