We would love for you to join us in worship this Sunday. If you haven't worshiped with us yet at Pierce Chapel UMC, below is some of what you might expect. If you have questions not answered here, don't hesitate to contact us.
WHEN AND WHERE ARE YOUR SERVICES?
Currently, Pierce Chapel offers 3 different worship times: Traditional Worship at 8:30 and 11:00 a.m. in our Worship Center located at 5122 Pierce Chapel Rd, Midland, GA 31820. Our Chapel is where you will find a Modern Worship Experience at 8:30 a.m. on Sundays. Our parking lot greeting team will guide you to the appropriate entrance for whichever service you choose to attend, and a friendly volunteer will lead you to worship.
WHAT IS AVAILABLE FOR MY KIDS?
We offer loving nursery and age-specific ministries for kids at both of our Traditional Worship times. Nursery is available during Modern Worship and children ages 5 and up are invited to remain with their families in the Chapel. Check out the Children's page where you can learn more.
WHAT SHOULD I WEAR?
Whatever clothing you're comfortable in. You will see people at Pierce Chapel in anything from shorts and a t-shirt to a full suit. We hope you will feel welcomed in our "come as you are" atmosphere.
WHAT IS THE MUSIC LIKE?
At Pierce Chapel, we believe worship is not so much about the style of music, but about the attitude of our hearts. Our 8:30 and 11:00 traditional services offer traditional and unique styles, with the recognition that different people worship most sincerely in different ways. Both services include classic hymns, piano and a choir. Incorporated throughout the services are solos and contemporary guitar pieces. At our 8:30 modern service, we are led by live band! There is a little of something for everyone!
